Charlotte Flair is currently one of the most popular female wrestlers on the WWE roster. Her list of accolades is tough to match, and she has earned her among the greats over the years. Flair is a 14-times World Champion as well.

After an absence of over seven months, Flair returned on the last episode of WWE SmackDown and defeated Ronda Rousey to win the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship. However, after her win over Rousey, the Baddest Woman on the planet would go on a hiatus.

Since then, Charlotte has been feuding with Sonya Deville. Flair faced Deville on the following episode of WWE SmackDown after Royal Rumble. However, prior to that fans were expecting The Queen to show up on Royal Rumble. Although, since her 14th World title win against Rousey, Flair has not been in another championship match yet.

But, fans were disappointed with the latest news that was reported. Flair was not scheduled for a match at the event, and fans were expecting her to pop up during the Royal Rumble match. However, PWInsider reported that Flair is not in Alamodome in Texas.

As the news of Charlotte Flair’s absence was reported, fans started fuming at it. They kept calling out the decision of making her a champion, and some even thought that it was better to keep Flair off the television.


The Queen is now next scheduled to go off against Sonya Deville and defend her SmackDown Women’s Championship. WWE fans will now need to wait and see what is next for Charlotte Flair.
