Chelsea Green wanted plastic surgery on her breasts but her requests were rejected by WWE
Former WWE star Chelsea Green has found her feet again after being one of several stars released by the company.
Green had worked well on NXT before getting the call on the main roster. However, she broke her wrist on her SmackDown debut and a few months later she was released.
That came as a bit of a shock to many as Green was one of the most talented female wrestlers in the company.
However, more things didn’t go the way of Green. While she is appearing on ROH and Impact, the former WWE star confirmed that the company rejected two claims of getting breast augmentation.
Green was speaking on her Green with envy podcast and claimed that WWE didn’t allow her to get plastic surgery since she was going to be on TV (h/t Ringside news):
“I think I shocked them. I don’t know that they knew how to answer that. I had just been called up to the main roster, which for those of you who don’t know, that means I’ve just been called up to the big leagues. I have been called up to Raw or Smackdown.
“It was kind of a big deal to be called up to the main roster and then ask for time off, but I knew the trajectory of the next few months and I was not going to be on TV so I wanted to take this time to ask for my boob job.
“Anyway, I got an email back and it said ‘no, we are going to use you on TV.’ Okay, well, that’s great, right. If I don’t get to get boobs, at least I’m going to be on TV, wrestling, doing my job, doing the thing I love.”

However, Green was upset that she still wasn’t being used on TV and admitted she could have gotten her breasts worked on and returned to TV during this time:
“You know, yeah, I could have got boobs. Yet here I am sitting at home on my couch with no boobs and not on TV.
“A little bit bitter. But that’s okay, I thought, it’s my time to try again. So I sent another email. To Whom It May Concern; I would like a breast augmentation. Please and thank you, sincerely; B**bless Chelsea Green. No, I’m kidding, but I mean it really was something like that, and I got no response that time.”
She then confirmed that a third email was sent and she had marked almost everyone there is to mark.
WWE then responded with the same statement that she was going to be used on TV and Green finally got the message.
While things didn’t work out for her in WWE there is no doubting her ability. Green has had some great runs on other promotions and it is great seeing her back on TV for other promotions.
