Bobby Lashley took to social media to troll Drew McIntyre ahead of the WWE championship at Hell in a Cell on June 20 in Tampa, Florida.

“When you find out you get to kick @DMcIntyreWWE’s ass again AND the people online that complain have to pay to watch it”

RAW main event saw Drew McIntyre defeat Kofi Kingston to become the new #1 contender. McIntyre will now challenge Lashley with the title on the line.

Adam Pearce announced a stipulation before the match wherein MVP and Lashley would be suspended for 90 days without pay if they interfered. The match ended with Kofi jumping from the top and Drew meeting him in mid-air with a Claymore Kick for the pin to win.

Lashley vs McIntyre is going to be a cracker

Manager MVP’s inclusion with The All Mighty has pushed Lashley to the WWE Championship and he has looked absolutely dominant ever since. His main competition, Drew McIntyre, is another seasoned campaigner who struggled to become a world champion. The two have been at loggerheads ever since Lashley stole the title away from McIntyre.

At every stage, McIntyre has been the closest to beating Lashley, but he has also fallen short. It feels like The All Mighty is safe, but his battle at Hell in a Cell will be the toughest in recent times. Lashley will hope to bring his A-game to retain the gold.

Lashley has dominated the roster since becoming WWE Champion

Their first battle this year came at Wrestlemania 37 that saw Drew McIntyre losing the match due to a distraction by MVP, who was yelling at his associate Lashley. The distraction was enough for Lashley to gain momentum and make McIntyre pay for his mistake. Lashley managed to hold off McIntyre in their rematch at Wrestlemania Backlash. Now, the trilogy looks to be a mouth-watering battle between the two heavyweights in 20 days time.
