Former AEW Superstar Cody Rhodes is now added to the list of internal WWE WrestleMania Documents
The American Nightmare is moving on once again. He left AEW, and since then, only one question is in every wrestling fan’s mind. Whether Cody Rhodes will return to WWE after spending a few years with Tony Khan.
According to Ringside News, a creative member of the team has said that Cody is still on the list of WrestleMania, and the internal documents have not been corrected yet.
“I know what’s scheduled for Cody for Mania and that it’s still on the list. But, if it’s changed, no one has told us yet or corrected the internal documents.”
They again confirmed that Cody is still on internal documents for WrestleMania, and there is no other information available. It is quite a known factor that how the flow of information backstage in WWE is segmented, disjointed and purposefully vague.
The hope of a Cody Rhodes return to WWE is still not lost
A few days back, a report came out saying that Cody Rhodes and WWE’s negotiation have been “fizzled out.” The deal didn’t reach anywhere, and WrestleMania will need some changing.
But now it is pretty clear that Cody Rhodes’s name is on the internal documents for WrestleMania, which certainly gives us the green light that WWE has plans for the American Night Mare.
It will be interesting to see when Rhodes makes a comeback to WWE, but it is still quite possible that he does.
