Former WWE Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes reveals his experience of the WrestleMania return.
Cody Rhodes recently returned to WWE after a long time, and it came at the Grandest Stage of all, WrestleMania 38. After the match, WWE released the behind-the-scenes footage from the day when Rhodes explained his experiences.
WWE didn’t announce that Cody would be on the show, but fans expected him to be Rollins’ opponent for the night. Instead, the company recorded the whole journey as the cameras were present in his vanity van. First, he spoke about how his return has been kept as a surprise even from the roster.
Then he spoke about the importance of his wife and family. He mentioned wickedly that he must wait for his wife to get ready, even on this big night. His excitement was seen ultimately as he returned to the biggest show of the year and after six years.
Just before making his Mania entrance, he kissed his wife Brandi, who also used to work for WWE. She mentioned how happy and proud she was about the moment.
After the match, Rhodes spoke about his game, and his respect for Rollins as the duo delivered one of the night’s best matches. He talked about his complete experience,
“I think earlier today, I was so unhappy talking to everybody because I was just hiding. Hiding in that bus, claustrophobic, trying to do everything I could to stretch and get ready. I was committed that I’m gonna thrown on my robe and walk to go position, but they had me put the hood on and sweats on. Running by everybody, was such a unique experience. It’s a moment I’ll never forget”. Said (2:43- 3:15)

WWE Superstar Cody Rhodes finally made his highly anticipated return to the company. He completed against Seth Rollins and won the match.

Rhodes made his return to Monday Night Raw as well. It will be interesting to see the upcoming feuds for Rhodes.
