Finn Balor will defend his US title against Damian Preist at the Madison Square Garden for Road to WrestleMania
WWE is going entirely berserk for its upcoming Road to WrestleMania show at New York’s Madison Square Garden and now has added another big match-up for the card.
Now MSG show has revealed that new United States Champion Finn Balor will defend his title against former Champion Damian Priest. This will be Balor’s first title defence since winning the United States Championship last week on Monday Night Raw.
Priest recently turned heel as he didn’t take the loss well. On the other hand, Balor also seemed to turn babyface; however, he still categorizes the character as a tweener. But as we know, Balor is a potential candidate and will be looking for a longer-term US champion.
Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar will also defend their title along with Finn Balor at the MSG show
The new MSG show for the Road to WrestleMania will see Universal Champion Roman Reigns defending his title. His WrestleMania 38 opponent Brock Lesnar will also defend the title on the same night.
Becky Lynch will defend her Raw Women’s Championship against Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair for the Women’s division, so it will be like a WrestleMania pre-match between Belair and Lynch. On the other hand, Ronda Rousey will team up with Naomi against her WrestleMania opponent Charlotte Flair and Sonya Deville.
SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos will defend their title against Big E and Kofi Kingston this Saturday, March 5. It will be a blockbuster of a weekend for the WWE fans.
