Crown Jewel 2021 odds favor Roman Reigns ahead of his clash against Brock Lesnar
WWE Crown Jewel 2021 will feature a historic match between Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar. It is also set to be possibly one of the biggest matches of the year. Early betting odds seemed to favoring the Tribal Chief.
The odds were recently released by BetOnline and it currently stands at -200 for Reigns making him the favorite and at +150 for Lesnar (h/t Rajah).
The match for the WWE Universal Championship is the only match that has been officially announced by the WWE as of now for the WWE Crown Jewel PPV. Crown Jewel is set to take place on the 21st October at the King Fahid Stadium, Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
Reigns went up against the Demon this past week at ExtremeRules. A truly wild encounter which Reigns ended up winning. Balor was in the cusp of winning the title after hitting the Coup de Grace but the Usos interfered and broke the pin.
The Usos further attacked Balor but he was able to come back. Balor drove Reigns through the announce table and also put him back in the ring. As Balor stood on the ropes to hit the Coup de Grace the top rope broke and Balor ended up crashing in the ring.
Reigns took full use of this opportunity and also grabbed the victory. Towards the end it felt like Balor might just get the job done but fate was in Reigns corner as he prevailed on top again.
