Current Intercontinental Champion Gunther reacts to a tweet speculating a challenge from John Cena
Gunther has recently reacted to a tweet speculating that would happen if John Cena had won the WWE Intercontinental Championship.
If there is one title that John Cena has not held in his career is the Intercontinental Champion. One thing that has been missing from his cabinet is becoming Grand Slam Champion. He is one of the most decorated superstars in WWE history. He is a former Money in the Bank and Royal Rumble winner.
WWE on FOX recently tweeted a photo of John Cena donning the Intercontinental Championship belt
Gunther, who is the current titleholder, shared an interesting response to the tweet. He seeming stated that he was ready for Cena to challenge him.

The Ring General captured the Intercontinental Championships several weeks ago after she defeated Ricochet on SmackDown. He’s not scheduled to compete at Money in the Bank or Summer Slam this year.
