Daffney Unger went live on Instagram in a disturbing video sparking concerns of suicide

Women’s professional wrestler Daffney Unger is in a difficult place right now. The 46-year old American took to Instagram Live to post a suicidal video.

Unger was seen reading a suicidal note while also holding a small pistol in her hand. Several fans and wrestlers tried their best to direct emergency services to her place through a welfare check.

Unger is known for her time in WCW and TNA. Making her debut in November 1999, Unger became an integral part of WCW, but was released two years later due to budget cuts.

However, she struck a deal with the WWE, and was a part of Ohio Valley Wrestling in the year 2003. Unfortunately, she was released the very same year.

She then juggled several independent wrestling promotions, before joining TNA in the year 2008.

After three successful years with the promotion, she began making only sporadic appearances in the wrestling scene. It was primarily due to several injuries she sustained in her career.
