Dana Brooke pinned Cedric Alexander to become the WWE 24/7 Champion
It has been a wild ride for the WWE 24×7 championship belt over the last few weeks.
After the 8th of November episode of Monday Night Raw saw 5 switches, it went back to Reggie himself who was the champion before the episode began.
However, his title defense on the 22nd of November, 2021 wasn’t successful after he was pinned by Cedric Alexander.
But it didn’t end there. Alexander’s reign lasted only a few seconds after Dana Brooke who appeared out of nowhere stunned him with a neck breaker off the top rope.
Brooke pinned Alexander to become the 24×7 champion even as Reggie’s aides rushed to help the fallen wrestler from losing the title.
This was Brooke’s first-ever title in WWE. She has been a part of the promotion for more than 8 years. She also became the first woman to win the title since Alicia Fox won it in January, earlier this year.
Despite the uncertainty surrounding the belt, Brooke was quite ecstatic during the interview backstage.
