Dolph Ziggler takes a hilarious dig at WWE legend Goldberg

WWE SmackDown superstar Dolph Ziggler thinks he is better than Goldberg inside the ring.

Ziggler posted a photo himself from 15 years ago during his time at WWE, where he is posing with a tag team championship title.

Ziggler, who fought some 15 years in WWE as Nick Nemeth, is also the current SmackDown tag team champion. He won the title on the January 8th episode of SmackDown this year.

The Showoff, with tag team partner Robert Roode, defeated the Street Profits to win the belt. This meant that Ziggler has now held the original World tag team title, as well as the tag team titles on both the Red and Blue brand.

One fan replied to the tweet saying that The #Heel would be the next Goldberg of WWE after the next 15 years.

Ziggler’s reply to this was hilarious, but you could there was a little bit of grudge in it as well. Perfection replied to it by saying “Nah. I’m good at Wrestling.”

The fan’s tweet also brought up Goldberg’s short match time. A few moves from Ziggler could win him the title in 2035 but the tag champion was having none of it.

More than a year ago, a returning Goldberg faced Dolph Ziggler at SummerSlam 2019. The returning legend made light work of Ziggler as he went on to win within a couple of minutes.

Ziggler started that match off with strong kicks, but it did not affect Goldberg, who steam-rolled him for an easy win.

Ziggler later revealed that he was not happy with the short duration of the match and even threatened to quit WWE over it.

Thankfully, that did not happen and he is still with the promotion. But it seems as if Ziggler is still a little mad over how easily The Myth defeated him back in 2019.
