Drew McIntyre will be defending his WWE title against Keith Lee on Raw

This week’s WWE Raw is going to be a bonanza with Drew McIntyre defending his title against Keith Lee.

Lee won a huge No.1 contender’s clash last week as he defeated Sheamus. Lee, Sheamus and McIntyre have been in action together too and this is possibly the biggest clash of the Limitless One’s career so far.

He is a former NXT Champion and NXT North American champion, but this is going to be something else.

Lee has been impressive, even after a couple of poor outings and going back to the Performance Center. However, McIntyre has been excellent since winning the Royal Rumble, and the Scot posted a warning to Lee on social media:

“I respect you @realkeithlee, but this is as close as you’re going to get as long as I’m the WWE champion”.

A Limitless era on Raw?

McIntyre has stopped stars such as The Big Show and Randy Orton since becoming the champion. However, he did lose the title to The Viper before claiming it back.

Lee could pull off a bit of a shock on Monday, especially with Raw having such low ratings. WWE needs to get its act together for the flagship show as AEW has even beaten one of the Raw episodes in terms of ratings.

Lee has been a breath of fresh air on Raw but even he has had some issues since moving to the top. WWE also has decided to celebrate legends night on Monday with many former stars making an appearance.

That could set the stage for a title change and it would certainly be great for Lee’s career.
