Edge might be making a move to WWE Raw following his SummerSlam win recently

Edge beat Seth Rollins via. submission at the recently concluded SummerSlam 2021. ‘The Rated-R Superstar’ dominated Rollins in quite a long match, that extended to almost 20 minutes.

Following a Spear to Rollins on the mat, Edge also brought out the Edgecator. He won the fight by choking the ‘Aerialist’, until he submitted.

There was more to the fight, as Edge had brought out ‘The Brood’ entrance while making his way to the ring.

He had also hinted at a return of ‘The Brood’ after giving Rollins a ‘Brood Bath’ on SmackDown prior to SummerSlam 2021.

The latest development is that, Edge might be making a roster switch following his victory. He is currently in SmackDown and might be making a switch to Raw.

The news comes in the wake of WWE Shop reporting Edge as a Raw superstar in several parts of their website.

However, this might even be a glitch on their website, as a month ago, WWE Shop released Braun Strowman merch despite him being released from the promotion.

This sparked rumours of a Strowman return, but it never happened.

Edge returned to the WWE in 2020

Edge went on a nine-year hiatus, due to an injury. He announced his retirement in 2011. However, his SummerSlam 2019 appearance sparked rumors of a comeback.

Although, Edge denied the same, he made his in-ring return at the 2020 Royal Rumble. He plied his trade in the Red Brand, before another injury sent him on a layoff.

Despite being a part of Raw after returning, Edge moved to SmackDown in March 2021, for the first time in 10 years.
