Edge was out of WWE action for a long time but has been one of the top performers since his return

The Rated-R Superstar, Edge, has a big match at WWE SummerSlam 2021 against Seth Rollins.

Edge was close to beating Roman Reigns and becoming the Universal champion, but Rollins cost him the title.

The rivalry continued on SmackDown as the pair have clashed and a match has been set at SummerSlam.

Rollins and Edge have history but this should be an exciting encounter between two of the best in the world.

However, Edge took a trip down memory lane and brought up one special appearance that started his comeback.

The Rated-R Superstar returned from a major neck injury and well, he first had to test it out. The victim was Elias in 2019’s SummerSlam, which was held in Edge’s home town of Toronto.

Edge posted a photo of him celebrating with the crowd and added that this was where it all began again:

Will Edge get the better of Seth Rollins at SummerSlam?

SummerSlam is one of the biggest PPVs on the WWE calendar and well, there are some big matches set for the 2021 edition.

Rollins costing Edge the title at Money in the Bank reignited the flames between them, and this should be a cracking affair.

Rollins also had tried to injure Edge’s neck back in 2014 when the Rated-R Superstar was retired. It will be interesting to see how this match goes as Edge has been excellent since his return.

He is yet to win the top title since making his comeback but his performances have been stellar.

Rollins has been incredible since turning into the Messiah and this match could be the best on the SummerSlam card.
