Seth Rollins retaliate after comments made by Edge on WWE The Bump

WWE Superstar Seth Rollins lashed out on Twitter after Edge’s mockery on WWE The Bump ahead of Money in the Bank.

Rollins was infuriated and took to social media to get his word out about the Rated-R Superstar.

This came in the aftermath of Edge’s appearance on WWE The Bump, where he took a shot at Rollins’ attire. He said: (h/t ComicBook)

“Well, you see I saw Seth Rollins on here a little while ago. And he had on a bathrobe and really bad sunglasses. So I thought I’ll get my girl’s minecraft shades, I’ll get my buffalo-plaid robe. I thought maybe it was required attire. Is that not the case?”

Edge and Rollins are tipped to face each other at SummerSlam after the 12-time World Champion returned to WWE. He is now facing Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal Championship at Money in the Bank.

The two have a history together dating back to 2014. This was during the rivalry of Rollins and John Cena, when Edge appeared for a talk show. Now. that Edge has returned as a competitior, he will hope to seek vengeance on Seth Rollins.

Rollins qualified for the Men’s Money in the Bank ladder match after beating Cesaro. The match on Sunday features eight men vying for the briefcase hung 20 feet up in the air. The SmackDown Superstar is a former winner, having won in 2016.

He used the briefcase at the biggest of occasions at WrestleMania 31. He cashed in after the WWE World Heavyweight Champion main event between Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns to become the new champion.

This time around, there is a different feel to the match, as crowds are also set to return for the event. It will be held in Fort Worth, Texas on Sunday, 18th July.
