The GoFundMe site created for Baron Corbin has left the whole WWE world in shock
The first SmackDown with the fans back saw a broke Baron Corbin appear dejected, even as he launched his own GoFundMe.
Corbin who was living life ‘king size‘, once upon a time, has been reduced to mere dust, after going broke.
The SmackDown superstar had his car towed away recently. Corbin also revealed that he might be on the way to losing his home.
He also revealed that he wouldn’t be taking part in the upcoming Money In The Bank 2021, which takes place in a couple of days
The GoFundMe which had a target of $100,000, saw donation offers from Kevin Owens and Big E, who genuinely wanted to help him.
Just as they were weighing in the offers going from $1000 to $5000, a downtrodden Corbin walked off, amidst resounding boos from the crowd.
It looks like, Corbin who was doing quite well as a heel, might turn face. Such was the pathos surrounding his character in the recent WWE SmackDown episode.
WWE NXT Star Ember Moon was one among the many superstars who were surprised by Corbin’s GoFundMe.
A stunned Moon, Tweeted, asking if the GoFundMe was real:
“.@wwe Wait …. what…. It’s a real site?!? https://corbinfund.com#SmackDown.”
Moon, who was once a part of the WWE Main Roster, returned to NXT in 2020. She recently challenged Raquel Gonzalez for the NXT Women’s Championship, but was defeated.
