Eric Bischoff was totally unimpressed with the recent Bobby Lashley vs Goldberg segment
WWE Crown Jewel is fast approaching and Golberg will be out to seek revenge against Bobby Lashley.
The event takes place on the 21st of October, 2 months after WWE SummerSlam that saw Lashley defeat Goldberg and later put his son Gage in a Hurt Lock, much to the fury of Goldberg.
With Goldberg ready to pounce on Lashley any moment, the pair exchanged words on the recent episode of Monday Night Raw.
Goldberg joined via. satellite and strongly condemned Lashley for the way he dealt with his son at Crown Jewel.
The veteran wrestler went on to state that he would even kill him if he had the chance.
Former WWE Raw On-screen manager Eric Bischoff was not at all impressed with the recent Goldberg vs Lashley segment.
Highlighting Goldberg saying that he would kill Lashley, Bischoff said such words were something a young teenager would say during a bully beatdown at school.
Here is what Bischoff had to say on the 83 weeks podcast:
“The minute that happens, you’ve lost the audience. I don’t know how to say this without saying it so I’ll take whatever sh*t I take, but they know you’re not going to deliver. It makes no sense, it’s not artistic, it’s not creative, you’re not building anticipation, you’re not creating a stake, you’re not giving us a unique insight into your personality. You’re just saying something a 15-year-old or 16-year-old would say to somebody else as they’re getting their a kicked in a school yard somewhere.”
Crown Jewel is set to take place at Mohammed Abdu Arena on the Boulevard in Riyadh as a part of the promotion’s 10-year partnership with Saudi Arabia.
It is headlined by a Singles match between Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship.
