Charlotte Flair is the current NXT Women’s Champion
WWE star Charlotte is making a name for herself on NXT once again. The Queen picked up the Women’s title by defeating Rhea Ripley at WrestleMania 36 and has been her dominant self again.
Charlotte will be in action on this week’s NXT and the Queen made a bold prediction ahead of the show.
The NXT Women’s Champion will be up against Mia Yim and it is going to be a great match, that’s for sure.
However, Charlotte decided to play down her opponent’s chances. The Queen suggested she would kick Yim about and even said she was going to be “sad” after beating up the Head Baddie in Charge.
I woke up today realizing that I’m going to have to kick Mia Yim’s ass tonight; and it makes me sad. Everyone will eventually learn: There’s levels to this. 👸🏼 @MiaYim pic.twitter.com/h6WwdvA6nc

Charlotte is one of the best female wrestlers ever to have graced WWE. However, it will be interesting to see how she does against someone like Yim.
The HBIC is a tough cookie to crack, and she will put up a proper fight against the current NXT champion.
Charlotte also needs a proper rival after winning the crown and that could be Io Shirai after this match is done.
Charlotte takes a different stance
The Queen shocked the WWE Universe when she decided to fight for the NXT title after winning the Royal Rumble.
Charlotte could have gone for either Bayley or Becky Lynch, but she chose Ripley. The Australian had only recently won the title from Shayna Baszler but was ready to fight the experienced star.
The match at WrestleMania was excellent but Charlotte came out on top after Ripley’s knees were battered throughout the clash.
Ripley hasn’t been seen much since that loss but the Aussie could make a return and challenge for the crown again.
Charlotte is the perfect champion to have on NXT now after Baszler joined Raw. The Queen has the experience and the ability to dominate NXT for a long time, and her rivals will have to up their game if they want to dethrone her.
