Mickie James is one of the new entrants of the Royal Rumble 2022
Fans around the wrestling world were shocked when they saw WWE announcing the return of Mickie James during SmackDown. IMPACT Wrestling even issued a statement about their Knockouts Champion appearing on WWE as she was released by the company earlier.
This week on SmackDown, it was announced that Mickie James will be one of the entrants in the Women’s Royal Rumble match at the PPV.

Mickie made her professional debut at a very young age in 1999. James has won the Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 22 and held five times. She also won her first Divas Championship, defeating Maryse at Night of Champions in 2009. She is one of only six women who have held six or more WWE Women’s Championships.
She is also a three-time TNA Knockouts Champion. Additionally, she is a total 10-time women’s world champion between WWE and Impact.
