Gable Steveson unleashed on Chad Gable at WrestleMania 38
The Olympic Gold medalist Gable Steveson retired from amateur wrestling to focus on his WWE career. Gable’s elder brother Bobby Steveson is already signed to WWE on the NXT roster,
Steveson was seated in the first row when Triple H opened the Night 2 of WrestleMania, welcoming everyone to the show before leaving his wrestling boots in the ring. The Game, in fact, hugged Steveson on his way to the ring.
Steveson is an Olympic Gold medalist and retired amateur wrestler. He had signed a contract with WWE recently. Stephanie McMahon announced on Night 1 of WrestleMania that Steveson is officially signed with WWE and it was also stated that he would feature on the red brand.
Steveson is just 21 and has the potential to become the face of the company going ahead. There’s a chance that he could make his in-ring debut on the RAW after WrestleMania. After Triple H’s segment, Steveson was still seen in the front row.
Chad Gable and Otis teamed up to take on RK-Bro and The Street Profits in a tag team triple-threat match for the RAW Tag Team Championship. This match took place on Night 2 of WrestleMania 38.
RK-Bro won the match when The Viper delivered a spectacular RKO on Chad Gable. It was similar to the one Orton delivered on Chad a couple of weeks ago on RAW.
Chad leaped from the top rope but Orton got up quickly and delivered a devastating RKO to win the match. After the match, RK-Bro were celebrating in the ring when The Street Profits offered them a couple of glasses and called up Gable Steveson, who was out in the front row to join the celebration. Chad, however, knocked the cup out of Steveson’s hand. The Olympic gold medalist Gable took his shirt off as he wasn’t pleased with Chad.
Chad offered a free lesson— when you’re in his presence, shush. Steveson grabbed him and delivered a scintillating belly-to-belly suplex.
