Roman Reigns turned up the heel quotient after he defeated Daniel Bryan on SmackDown
This week’s WWE SmackDown was a defining moment in the career of Daniel Bryan. The former champion put it all on the line as he took on Roman Reigns in hopes of winning the Universal title.
A loss for Bryan meant that he would be banished from SmackDown. Bryan gave it his all but it just was not enough.
Reigns destroyed Bryan in the end and even hit a conchairto despite Cesaro trying to save his friend. The Big Dog has been exceptional as a heel and had a few words to share with Bryan after all this.
Reigns posted a video of him doing some cardio but Bryan was on his mind:
“The whole world should be thanking me. Daniel Bryan, you should be thanking me, bro, for two different reasons.
“I am a man of my word, did what I said I was going to do. Not only did I give the audience what they need, I got rid of you, I am driving us forward, I am taking care of the future, getting rid of the old.”
Bryan’s WWE contract is also running out and had spoken about performing on other promotions, and Reigns took a shot at that too:
“I gave you what you wanted. You made it clear, you was looking for that new door. What better way to go through the new one when the old one hits you right in the a**and that’s why I get to close this door.”
Roman Reigns is the best heel in WWE
The Head of the Table was not done in his video as he even called out the WWE Universe. Reigns first wanted acknowledgement and respect from the Universe and also told Bryan to go be a dad, hug a tree and even save the world.
Reigns is possibly the best heel in the wrestling world and thankfully, WWE got this done before it was too late.
The champion is in the form of his life and it will be interesting to see what he does next week.
