Edge feels Hit Row is what WWE needs
Hit Row is a wrestling stable from the NXT, the stable was was recently in the news after getting called up to the WWE SmackDown. This shift was a part of the WWE drafts that shook up the WWE roster. Now the group has officially got to the main roster and are a part of the blue brand.
The stable was only formed this year and have quickly risen through the ranks. With their debut on SmackDown still awaited fans are excited to see what they bring to SmackDown. The group has received praise from fans and stars alike and Edge happens to be one of them.
What did Edge have to say for Hit Row?
Recently, Top Dolla (Hit Row member) was a guest on Jobbing Out podcast and revealed the conversation he had with the WWE Hall of Famer Edge. He said:
“We’re changing the game. That’s the thing that I’m most excited about is because like, when I come back through the curtain and Edge tells me, ‘This is what we need. This is 2021. This is today’s wrestling. It is what we need”
“To hear Edge say that to me about an idea that I came up with three years ago before I was even here, and to see it go all the way through to fruition and then not only did it work for me, but it worked for my boy Tehuti [Ashante Thee Adonis], it worked for my girl Bri [B-FAB], it worked for my man Swerve. All four of us are able to eat off of this.”
Dolla opens up on the things Edge told the group and also that he feels like this is what modern day wrestling needs. The group is still in their early days and it is yet to be seen whether they will actually be the next big thing in WWE or not.
