WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross gives an update on his health condition
Recently the whole wrestling fraternity got to know that WWE Hall of Famer and current AEW Commentator Jim Ross is undergoing treatment regarding skin cancer.
Ross made an appearance on the Grilling JR Podcast and updated all the fans regarding his health. Ross said that he believes everything will be fine and mentioned his target to return to work on Dynamite.
He also said it will be easier to do his gig on 29th as AEW Dynamite will be happening in his city, and he can just go there by car.
“I’m optimistic. I believe I’m going to be just fine. I’m on target to return to work hopefully on the Dynamite of the 29th. That’s what I’m hoping to do, and it seems meant to be because I don’t have to fly anywhere. I can just drive over there and do my gig and call the matches.” (H/T- Wrestling Inc)
Ross mentioned on the podcast that how the treatment is done in most of his part, and only his shoulder and lower are left to heal.
“They got all cancer out of my back,” “I don’t have any more cancer in my back. Just two places: my shoulder and down lower.”
A few days back, he recently posted on Twitter about his condition and gave a return date to all the fans.
“Due to my skin cancer care totaling 22 radiation treatments starting Monday, I will hopefully return to the announce desk on December 29 in Jacksonville. @TonyKhan supports me on this strategy which has been a blessing. My thanks for all your support.”
Many superstars, including The Rock, have sent heartfelt gratitude towards him on social media.
