Mia Yim surprisingly lost to Shotzi Blackheart but that got Indi Hartwell excited

It wasn’t a great time for Mia Yim on WWE NXT as she lost to Shotzi Blackheart, something that Indi Hartwell enjoyed.

Yim had recently brought out a new finishing move and tried it out on Hartwell, as she got the win.

The former NXT Women’s title contender was the slight favourite coming into this clash. However, it was Blackheart who picked up a huge win. Blackheart has been seen regularly on NXT over the past month or so and this could be one of the biggest wins of her career.

While she celebrated wildly, Hartwell also had a pop at the HBIC. Hartwell had beaten Blackheart recently and claimed that since Blackheart had beaten Yim, and She had beaten Blackheart, this was a win for her too.

The Head Baddie in Charge wasn’t taking it lightly and fired off a response too. Yim reminded Hartwell of her recent win where she brought out a new submission.

While this might soothe some of the wounds from her outing, this was a disappointing result for Yim. She has seen Keith Lee being called up to the main roster and it will be interesting to see what is next.

Blackheart’s rise is there for all to see and hopefully, better things are also on the horizon for Yim. She is one of the most talented athletes on the women’s roster and she could continue her rivalry with Hartwell now.

The title scene is loaded with Rhea Ripley, Dakota Kai and even Tegan Nox challenging Io Shirai recently, so a move to the main roster could also be possible for Yim.
