Former WWE Champion Jeff hardy mentioned that facing Roman Reigns for the Universal Title will be his dream match.
According to Wrestling Inside the Ropes ( h/t Ringside News), Hardy revealed his goals for WWE and becoming the WWE Universal Champion once before he retires.
Jeff also said that he wants to fame Roman Reigns, and that would be his dream match before his career comes to an end. He also mentioned entertaining the WWE fans. He added about Usos doing the whole head-of-the-table thing and praised The Tribal Chief.
“My number one goal is definitely to be the Universal Champion one time before my career is over. I don’t know how much longer I have, and I’m very much living like day to day here now. So I just want to entertain people. It’s exciting to be back in front of the live audiences.
It’s just so powerful man. Every time I watch SmackDown, I love the Usos and the whole Head of the Table thing. The Tribal Chief is so strong you know. That’s definitely a dream match – the dream match I have for my career. I’ve never been in the ring head-to-head with Roman Reigns. So that’s on my bucket list for sure, and it can be a very beautiful encounter.
We will have to wait and see whether Jeff can become the WWE universal champion, but at this point, it’s tough to happen.
Jeff was recently found chasing the WWE 24/7 title segment. While the Enigmatic Soul seemed optimistic about the decision, the fans are not happy about this WWE’s decision.
Fans believe that it would be a downgrade for the former WWE Champion.
Even his brother Matt Hardy was not satisfied with the decision of Jeff being involved with the 24/7 Championship segment.
