Jeff Hardy reveals plans for a cinematic match in WWE
Jeff Hardy is probably one of the weirdest and coolest characters in the WWE. Hardy on Wrestling Inside the ropes podcast revealed an idea for match with the Usos he had written a while ago. Hardy said:
“I think, cinematically, one of my biggest dream matches was with The Usos because they got their penitentiary thing. Like, to go to an old, rundown prison that you can go tour for paranormal activity or whatever, but go and have a match with The Usos in a haunted old prison. I got that match in my hand, and I think I wrote a bunch of ideas down years ago. That’s still one of the things I would really love to do. I think that can be extremely cool.”
This idea from Hardy definitely seems to be a match to look out for. Hardy and the Usos both have had troubles with the police. Both have also been arrested a few times. That is why this idea seems to be legit for them to compete in haunted prison or something.
Hardy had cinematic match against Sheamus last year when they fought in a Bar match. Hardy feels like the cinematic matches are a big deal now. Those matches are definitely more interesting to watch. But will Hardy’s dream cinematic match ever come to fruition?
Jeff Hardy has been arrested in real life on three occasions. His first arrest came in 2009 when he was arrested in his house. The WWE star was found in possession of prescription pills for this he had served 10 days in jail and also paid $100,000 in fines.
Hardy was arrested again in 2018 while driving under the influence and causing a car crash in Concord, North Carolina. Hardy was arrested again in 2019 at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina for public intoxication. No wonder why Hardy wants to have a cinematic match at a prison.
