WWE set up a GoFundMe website for Baron Corbin on the latest episode of WWE SmackDown
Baron Corbin’s fall from grace over the last couple of years has been steeper than a cow’s face. Corbin who was ‘King Corbin’ in 2019, is currently broke.
He turned up on the recent episode of Friday Night SmackDown looking completely downtrodden and crestfallen.
Corbin had his car towed off a while ago and was also on the verge of losing his home and moving into his in-laws’ home.
He then revealed the GoFundMe site created by the WWE for his welfare. Kevin Owens and Big E then arrived, Owens stunned an already broken Corbin which left him more dejected.
Owens and Big E then volunteered to donate at least $5000 to his GoFundMe, even as a distraught Corbin walked off. The GoFundMe site had a target of $100,000.
The site created by the WWE for Corbin had a legion of WWE fans all around the world amused.
It now looks like someone has created a real GoFundMe website for the fallen Baron Corbin. A user named Cory Storm has been organizing this fundraiser from the United Kingdom.
With a target of $100,000, this GoFundMe has currently raised $185 dollars from 10 donors, so far.
Even more amusing are the names of the donors. Popular journalist Dave Meltzer donated $5, while WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns and legendary WWE Superstar ‘Jhon Cena’ donated $10 each.
