WWE Superstar Jimmy Uso was arrested after driving under the influence of alcohol
It looks like Jimmy Uso has been having a hard time being sober. The WWE Superstar was arrested late in the night on the 5th of July, by the Pensacola police in Florida.
Reports from the police suggest that Uso failed to stop at a red light and was travelling at 50mph in a 35 mph zone.
He was then stopped after which the police had smelt alcohol, with Uso visibly swaying out of control, following which he had admitted to consuming several beers.
Uso then failed the Field Sobriety Test. The legal limit in Floria is 0.08, and Uso’s results came out to be way above that – 0.202 and 0.205.
Upon failing the sobriety test, Uso was arrested. He was booked on a DUI charge. It is being reported that he might be held for at least 24 hours.
This is not Jimmy Uso’s first time being arrested
Jimmy Uso has already been booked multiple times for driving under the influence of alcohol. It was July 2019, when he was last booked, and it was the same Pensacola. He was released after a jury found him ‘not guilty.’
Prior to that, he had been arrested for DUI in 2011 and 2013. These are just DUI arrests.
In early 2019, Uso was also arrested for a drunken brawl with a Detroit based police officer.
There has been no word yet from the WWE regarding Uso’s latest arrest. It might probably have a negative impact on his WWE career. He is currently involved in a subplot with his real-life cousin Roman Reigns.
