WWE Superstar Kane considers Randy Orton as one of the best after Survivor Series
The Viper, Randy Orton, made history today as he broke the record for most appearances in WWE pay-per-view history, beating The Big Red Monster Kane’s record at Survivor Series.
Kane took to Twitter and mentioned Orton for breaking his record of most career PPV matches and had all the praise for the Viper. However, he noted that Orton is still at the top when it comes to performing.
“Congratulations to @RandyOrton who will break my record for most career PPV matches at #SurvivorSeries Without a doubt, the Viper is already one of the best ever and still at the top of his game!”
Orton made his debut PPV appearance at the 2003 SummerSlam PPV, and today, at Survivor Series, he broke the record by teaming with his fellow Raw Tag Team champion Riddle.
The stable of RK-Bro got the better of WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos at Survivor Series 2021. Orton started off with an old-school thumb to the eye, which gave them the upper hand, but The Usos returned when they isolated Riddle away from Orton.
Riddle came back as he quickly hit Jimmy with a Bro to Sleep to finally tag Orton and hit both Usos with Powerslams before taking them outside of the ring. The Usos somehow got control of the match by hitting Orton with a double superkick.
In the end, Orton used a blind tag to get himself back in the game. As Jimmy went up for the top splash on Orton, he got back into the ring and gave an RKO out of nowhere to score the pin and get the win.
