Former WWE Superstar Killer Kross is not sure of being in WWE 2K22 after being released
Killer Kross, aka Karrion Kross, recently appeared in a Highspots Sign It Live special (h/t Wrestling Inc), where he revealed that he is still unsure about being In the WWE 2K22 and is waiting to see if he is in it.
“I’m still waiting to see if we’re in the video game because we got the, what’s it called? We didn’t get a check yet. I don’t know if anyone has got a check yet. We got scanned, but we don’t know if that’s happening.”
Kross was released by WWE last year along with his wife Scarlett Bordeaux, and since then, they have been in a 90-day non compete clause of WWE which has expired now, and they are officially free.
In a recent interview, a former two-time NXT Champion has revealed that he is speaking to several companies and mentioned that he is ready to be anywhere. He has hinted at his free agency, and since his non compete clause has ended, Kross will be taking a decision soon.
“I am speaking to a series of companies, and we shall see where I land. I am interested in being anywhere and everywhere right now. I have a lot of different ideas that are outside of some conventional concepts and not to be cryptic, but we’ll see.”
Killer Kross and Scarlett Bordeaux were released along with 18 other stars. The pair had signed with WWE a couple of years back, and Kross recently made his main roster debut.
He was built as a monster and had won the NXT title too, but things just didn’t go his way. WWE seemed to forget about him creatively, and he was cut alongside his partner, Bordeaux
Kross and Bordeaux have spoken about their future plans on social media, and it will be interesting to see which company they join to perform once their no-compete clauses are done.
