Recently signed AEW Superstar Keith Lee offers encouragement for Mustafa Ali
WWE Superstar Mustafa Ali again made the news headlines. He released a new tweet regarding his WWE contract, which shows that the company is still holding him firm and not allowing Ali out of his contract despite his publicly released statement requesting his departure from the company on social media.
Ali took to Twitter, which clearly indicated that fans won’t see him for a long time until the WWE contract expires. He mentioned seeing everyone in 2 and 1/2 years.
i’ll see ya all in like 2 1/2 years
Former WWE superstar Keith Lee has got Ali’s back as he took to Twitter and responded to his latest comment. He posted a GIF and wrote, “keep your head up”. In addition, he also had some words of encouragement.
“Keep your head up homie. You’re far from done.“
Lee recently made his surprising debut on AEW Dynamite following the expiration of his non-compete clause on 90 days from WWE.
WWE didn’t grant Mustafa Ali release request
Ali hasn’t been featured on any WWE programme since November 2021. The idea of his next gimmick was also scrapped since the higher authorities changed their minds.
Apparently, Vince McMahon wanted “something Mustafa Ali would have never done.” This reportedly led to a heated argument between the two.
