There is no word from Lee now, but it was noted that he did like a tweet from Beyond Championship Wrestling this week. The promotion responded to Lee’s tweet on being a free agent and even invited him back.

Come back to Melrose and be the Beyond Championship Wrestling Champion.

Lee has wrestled for Beyond in 2016, 2017, and 2018 and had matches with superstars like Riddle, T-Bar, Chris Jero, Joey Janela, and Brian Cage. His final game came with a loss against current fiancee Mia Yim at Beyond All Day on May 27, 2018.

He officially became a free agent this Wednesday after his 90-day non-compete clause ended.

After his release, he got a lot of support from fans worldwide. Recently a fan of Lee took to Twitter and mentioned him. He said that this news of his release has made him angry, and he will never attend any of their show. So he asked how the fans could help or support him.

Lee replied that time and patience were the keys, and he wanted to make the most of it.

“Right now, I think patience is key. Time is a friend right now. And I intend to make the most of it. I feel your support right this moment. In the not so distant future, I am sure something will come about. At such a time… well… time will tell I suppose.

It seems like time and patience have done the trick for him as he will be finally getting a move on from WWE and heading towards AEW.
