Mr. Three Belts Kenny Omega is unstoppable at the moment and Daniel Bryan has taken note of that
Kenny Omega has made his belt collector prophecy come true and is really becoming the Thanos equivalent of the wrestling world.
Omega beat Rich Swann in the title vs. title Impact Rebellion PPV last weekend to finally capture the Impact World Title and cement his status as a living legend in Pro Wrestling.
That adds to his collection of the AAA Mega Title as well as the AEW World Championship. He has officially run out of shoulders to put his belts on.
And one man who knows him a little better than most, Daniel Bryan, has praised him for his innovative wrestling style that always keeps things fresh rather than building upon something.
The two went head-to-head while working Indies in April 2008 at PWG: One Hundred in a match which Bryan went on to win.
Kenny Omega responds to Daniel Bryan for his praise
The Leader of the ‘Yes!’ Movement had nothing but praise for ‘The Cleaner’ as he spoke in an interview with Robbie Fox.
“
“He looks at wrestling differently than anybody else. With @KennyOmegamanX, there’s no previous evolution point. It’s just these completely new things that have entered his head that he’s daring to try”…
And Omega responded to Bryan’s comments on Twitter, quoting the above tweet and writing, “He gets it. Go figure, right?”
Bryan himself has a chance to win one belt this Friday on SmackDown when he takes on Roman Reigns for the WWE Universal title in a career vs. title match.
But it’s unlikely that he will win it, considering what a loss for Bryan can do for the company.
He himself has stated that he wants to retire soon while WWE can squeeze out an emotional SmackDown farewell and an epic return to RAW from Reigns banishing Bryan from the Blue brand.
