Flair defended her title against Rhea Ripley the very next day on Monday Night RAW. Flair won the match via. disqualification, successfully retaining her title.
However, Ripley was livid and began a post-fight brawl with Flair, and left Flair destroyed in the ring.
Seeing this as a brilliant opportunity, Nikki ASH cashed in her Money in the Bank contract. She executed a crossbody to an already down Flair, pinning her to win the RAW Women’s Championship.
Nikki ASH’s husband Killian Dain was chuffed following her title win. He brought up how hard Nikki had worked to get to this point, while also acknowledging her never-say-never attitude.
Dain wrote on Twitter:
“It wasn’t working – but you didn’t cry, didn’t get salty online, didn’t hate on your peers success Instead you worked crazy hard in the gym & you worked crazy hard in the ring. You went above & beyond to get this pitch right & you nailed it You finished this day a @WWE Champion.”
This is Nikki ASH’s first-ever singles title win. She was previously the women’s tag team champion alongside Alexa Bliss a while ago.
