Lana was reading movie scripts and also spoke about learning wrestling after her WWE release
Former WWE star Lana was one of the wrestlers released by the company, which came as a bit of a shock.
The Ravishing Russian had been doing a great job in the ring ever since her husband was also cut. Lana became a proper wrestler and spent a lot of time learning from TJ Wilson and Natalya.
She even helped her team win at Survivor Series and got a shot at the Raw Women’s title. Lana even was touted to be in the running for a WWE Women’s tag team title shot, but all of that went down the drain after her release.
She posted an emotional message after her release but seems to be ready for her next set of projects. Lana tweeted that she was busy learning wrestling and scripts. Lana’s husband, Miro, is currently one of the big names on AEW, and it would make sense for her to join him.
Miro has spoken about his wife during several promos recently and it is to be seen if she does make a move to AEW soon.
A new movie in the works for Lana?
Lana has appeared in several movies during her WWE career and her latest flick was Cosmic Sin alongside Bruce Willis.
That movie was a bit of a flop but that doesn’t mean Lana can’t get more roles. The Ravishing Russian is trained in singing and dancing and there could be something special for her in the works.
Lana seems to be quite upbeat despite her release and AEW could be a great place for her. While there are concerns that the promotion is becoming a promotion for former WWE stars, Lana has worked her socks off in recent months and she would be going to any other promotion on merit.
