Lana has joined up with a new fitness performance center in order to further her WWE career
Much like any other WWE superstar’s story, Lana has overcome a lot of hurdles to be where she is right now at WWE.
The 36-year-old was a musician and an actor in some capacity before signing a deal with WWE in 2013 where she was booked as Rusev’s manager.
The two would go onto marry in July 2016. Lana’s in-ring matches only started to come after a marriage, when she had been with the company for years.
And recently in a tweet, she revealed that she had to spend 300 days away in a hotel room to hone her skills in order to forward her career with the promotion.
Lana also revealed that she is now making a similar sacrifice- ‘The Ice Queen’ has reportedly moved to Calgary, Canada in order to continue her training.

She has joined the Workhorse Fitness Performance Center which is run by Hart Dynasty members, Natalya and Tyson Kidd, AKA TJ Wilson.
The ‘Mistress of Destruction’ tagged both Natalya and Wilson and wrote how she is making this decision in order to see how far she can take her dreams.
“300 days training and living in a hotel room away from home got me this far. So I wonder what will happen now I’ve moved here to see just how far I can take my dream?! Let’s find out, shall we? #Dungeon@NatbyNature@TJWilson“
This, of course, means time away from her husband, Miro. The current AEW superstar recently won his first AEW title when he beat Darby Allin for the TNT championship, much to the delight of his wife.
He is now primed to defend his belt against Lance Archer at Double or Nothing on May 30th and would have the full support of his wife, who would most probably be watching the match a few 100 miles away in Canada.
