Lana faces Asuka for the Raw Women’s title on Monday and is confident of getting a win

Lana faces the biggest challenge of her life as she takes on Asuka for the WWE Raw Women’s title.

The Ravishing Russian won last week’s Battle Royal in what was a huge surprise. The evening didn’t go well for her as Natalya broke off her partnership with Lana after another tag team loss.

Lana has been on the receiving end of a lot of punishment in recent weeks. She was again put through a table on this week’s Raw and no one expected her to get the win.

However, she was the last woman standing after pushing Natalya off the apron. She was shocked big-time with the win but there were some great words from her husband, Rusev, after this.

Even after this win, Asuka has to be the favourite to retain the title. The Japanese star is one of the greatest female competitors of all-time, and it would be a miracle if Lana got the title.

However, the Ravishing Russian seems to be in the form of her life and warned Asuka she would take her head off.

A turnaround for Lana

For the longest time, it seemed that WWE was punishing Lana for some comments made by her husband after he joined AEW. Rusev, now called Miro, lashed out at the WWE for having a glass ceiling and that was when Lana started going through tables.

However, this is quite a turnaround in her wrestling career. The Ravishing Russian isn’t known to be a quality wrestler but she has been improving with every match under her belt.

Winning the Raw Women’s title seems to be a long shot for now. However, stranger things than that have happened in WWE over the years.
