Lisa Riddle reacts after husband Matt loses his United States title at WrestleMania 37
Lisa Riddle, the wife of WWE Superstar Matt Riddle, took to Instagram to post how proud she was after the Original Bro’s first-ever WrestleMania appearance.
Riddle clashed against Sheamus at the Showcase of the Immortals on Night 2 with his United States Championship on the line. The duo started feuding after Sheamus attacked Riddle backstage during Raw. Following that they fought a hard-hitting match at Raw, with the Celtic Warrior picking up the win to set up a title match at WrestleMania.
And, on The Grandest Stage of them All, Sheamus and Riddle delivered another solid, hard-hitting match, with the challenger getting the win after a stunning finish that saw him hit Riddle with a Brogue Kick mid-air.

Even though Riddle ended up losing his United States Championship to Sheamus, his partner, Lisa revealed how proud she was of him for making his WrestleMania debut.
Taking to Instagram, she posted an image of herself and Matt, with the caption that read: “First Wrestlemania in the books! I’m SO proud of you!”
Riddle’s character may come off as goofy but the Original Bro has time and again shown that when the bell rings, he can hang with the best of the best.
On Sunday, in what was one of the biggest moments of his career, making his debut on WrestleMania, Riddle put up a fine performance even though it may have ended with him eating a Brogue Kick and losing the United States Championship.
But with “WrestleMania Backlash” PPV coming up next month, may be the Original Bro will get an opportunity to reclaim the title from the Celtic Warrior.
