Liv Morgan shared she needed help with her WWE NXT finisher
WWE star Liv Morgan is one of several stars that came up from NXT to the major brands. She is currently on Raw and has been finding things tough in recent weeks.
Morgan had a bit of a crisis but she seems set to rejoin her old partner Ruby Riott. However, she had some trouble during her time on NXT too.
The Raw star tweeted about a problem with her finisher while she was on the Black and Gold brand. While Morgan’s current finisher is a flatliner from the middle rope, she used to have a standing moonsault at one time.
She shared how a WWE producer stayed back to help her overcome her fears and ensured that the moonsault was working again.
Morgan also tweeted that she had a bit of a mental block regarding the finisher all of a sudden:
“For about two months in NXT my finish was a standing moonsault. I had a mental block & couldn’t do it one day so @SSDarkAngel stayed with me for an hour after training (missed her lunch) & kept repeating “you’re a G” until I did the moonsualt cause she knew how to hype me up”
Sarah Stock, the WWE producer being named, also tweeted that Morgan didn’t know how good she was back then, but now everyone does.
While it isn’t new for a WWE star to change their finisher in their career, Morgan hasn’t had the best of storylines in WWE.
There was this crazy angle where she tried to break up Lana and Bobby Lashley’s marriage. It was revealed that she and Lana loved each other and she wrecked one day of the wedding but couldn’t stop it overall.
Then, she was given a bit of a push just before WrestleMania but that led to nothing. She is being linked with Riott but last week, it was Bianca Belair that helped Riott against the IIconics.
Morgan is a great talent in WWE and hopefully, they get the right storyline for her soon.
