WWE Budget cuts continue as they cut of catering
In a recent report being circulated it is made known to the public that WWE has cut of their catering partners. The wrestlers and the whole crew will be forced to eat the arena food as it’s result.
DEGA a food catering company were working with the company from a very long time. They served the needs of the wrestlers and the staff behind the scenes.
This move seems like another cost cutting decision made by the WWE President Nick Khan. In a sport which requires it athletes to perform on their highest level day in and day out it seems like an unfair decision.
Arena food can only offer so much. Eating the fast food that arenas provide definitely isn’t healthy for our beloved wrestlers.
It is also reported that there might be a new catering company coming WWE’s way. This won’t happen until November and the new company will be significantly cheaper.
Why is WWE doing budget cuts?
From the situation at hand we can definitely see that the company is doing some major budget cuts. However, It is still hard to understand that why is it actually happening. WWE’s profits have been at a all time high this year and yet the budget cuts they are doing indicate the complete opposite.
WWE has released many wrestlers, crew and now even their catering company. DEGA catering company was serving them from a very long time. They have just become another victim of the company’s budget cut movement going around.
Is it just to make the pockets of the board heavier or there are some big investment plans going around, Only time will tell.
