Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville are big rivals now
WWE superstar Mandy Rose retweeted a post from a fan in which Sonya Deville is seen pointing at Rose’s picture on the cover of a magazine.
The caption from the fan suggested that Deville wanted to be like her rival a while back.
Rose and Deville were the best of friends as they came throught WWE. However, all that has changed in recent weeks.
The WWE’s “hacker” storyline saw a shocking development involving both Deville and Dolph Ziggler.
It was revealed that the Diva was the one responsible for costing Otis his Valentine’s Day date with Mandy Rose.
The biggest bombshell was the leaked security camera footage that revealed it was Sonya who sent the devastating text message from Mandy’s text to Otis. Additional footage revealed that Sonya and Dolph were in cahoots the whole time, much to Mandy’s chagrin.
According to Deville, Rose is the “most selfish human” that she’s ever known. She then went on to say that Rose’s romantic involvement with Otis ruined what could have been a great tag team run for them.
Deville blamed Rose for their lack of success since forming Fire and Desire, but she had more to say after that.
Carmella faced Mandy Rose in the Money in the Bank qualifying match. Rose controlled most of the match but Sonya Deville distracted Rose, allowing Carmella to get the win.
Carmella and Rose’s feud goes back to 2019 when Carmella fired at Mandy Rose for not being safe at WWE Money in the Bank in a deleted tweet.
After months of twists, turns and romantic comedy at the highest level, Otis finally got the girl.
Rose, however, did miss out on a different Money in the Bank PPV though.
The 2020 WWE Money In the Bank pay-per-view will air live on May 10, with at least some of the content airing on tape delay from WWE HQ in Stamford.
This includes the Money In the Bank Ladder Matches. Which will begin on the 1st floor and end on the roof, where the briefcases will be.
It’s also possible that some material airs from the closed-set WWE Performance Center in Orlando.
The event was originally planned for the Royal Farms Arena in Baltimore, MD but the venue was changed due to the coronavirus.
