Matt Riddle had a unique perspective on getting hit by a Randy Orton RKO
Randy Orton came out on WWE Raw and well, took out Matt Riddle after an epic match against AJ Styles.
Orton had been missing from TV for a while but things seemed to be a little out of place for him.
He wasn’t on the same page as his partner, Matt Riddle, and needed some help from the Bro to get the win over Styles.
Riddle and Orton then hugged it out in the middle of the ring and they seemed to be on the same page. However, Orton brought out the fangs and hit Riddle with an RKO. Orton had a bit of a smile on his face after hitting Riddle and many expected this to take place.
The Viper can never be trusted but Riddle seems to still believe in Randy. The Bro posted an interesting take on the RKO and even shared the image of his partner smiling after the finisher:
“It was the best of times and the worst of times #bro #RKBro #WWERaw #stallion”
Are Randy Orton and Matt Riddle still a team?
It is difficult to confirm if the pair have split up or not. Orton has always turned on his partners in the past and his best days have come as a singles competitor.
However, Orton is not in the singles title scene now and it will be interesting to see what happens on Raw this week.
Orton and Riddle are complete opposites but the pair had been working well. They could be in line for a Raw tag title shot against the champions, Styles and Omos.
Orton and Riddle were unable to take out Omos on Raw this week, but that could change should they face the champions at SummerSlam or another PPV.
