Retribution revealed their identities recently (WWE)
Mia Yim is one of the members of Retribution and some of the stars have new names too
Retribution finally made a big splash on WWE as some of the members were revealed. Mia Yim was one of the female talents confirmed while the other was Mercedes Martinez.
Both have made big impacts on WWE NXT and it wasn’t all that surprising when they were revealed. Last week, it was more or less confirmed who the female stars were, and Yim did most of the talking early on.
All five members wore masks out of Mad Max Fury Road and they claimed that they were in it for the money, despite having WWE contracts.
While it was a surprise seeing Yim turn heel and wear a mask and all, a fan asked what was up with her make-up.
She joked that this was something out of Black Panther, but a lot of questions were raised about the faction.
While Yim’s eyes gave it away last week, the three male members of the group were more or less confirmed.
Dio Maddin and Dominik Dijakovic are confirmed as two male members of the faction, the other one seems to be Shane Thorne.
Dijakovic is the biggest male name in the team and it will be interesting to see what happens next with the faction.
The trio of male stars were given new names too. T-Bar, Slapjack and Mace are the names for the NXT stars, and that was met with some surprise too.
They have a rivalry with The Hurt Business and fought them in a six-man tag match on Raw. However, the female pair need to find someone to beat up.
Yim and Martinez are two of the toughest female stars from NXT, and they could destroy some of the names on the Raw roster easily.
While the reveal wasn’t exactly a surprise and what the stars said didn’t click much, WWE has five of the best talents from NXT on board and they should do well in wrestling matches.
