Fans get a big update on Mia Yim and Keith Lee’s marriage
They might be fighting on the opposite brands on WWE, but in real life, they are together as one.
Mia Yim, AKA RECKONING, and Keith Lee have taken another step forward in planning their wedding. The two got engaged a couple of months back.
On February 12th, Yim shared a photo of herself with Lee, wearing an engagement ring and captioning it, “[Emoji] I said yes. Mr. & Mrs. Lee @RealKeithLee [Emoji]”
The two also decided to file for owning the trademarks to their wrestling names back in December 2020, which led many to believe if this was the end of the road for them on WWE.
But that has not been the case. And now, the couple has taken a step forward in their lives together.
Mia Yim reveals wedding venue is booked for marriage with Keith Lee
Yim shared a tweet on her account earlier this week which stated that the venue for the couple’s wedding has been secured.
It read, “Venue secured. Let the wedding planning begin!”. The location of the venue, however, has not been revealed by her.
Yim has Korean heritage and a fan went on to ask her if her wedding is going to have a bit of her culture from East Asia integrated into it, to which she replied with a ‘yes’.
Lee and Yim memorably made their debut on NXT together back in 2018. The now-engaged couple featured in a great match against Johnny Gargano and Candice LaRae.
The duo was fast-tracked to the main roster where Yim made her name as a member of RETRIBUTION, albeit the stable flopping, and Lee getting a title shot against Drew McIntyre for the WWE heavyweight championship.
