Mia Yim seems to have picked up the right person to learn submission moves from
NXT star Mia Yim is keen on expanding her moves-set and is learning submission moves from a former UFC star.
Yim is one of the best on NXT but is yet to lift the gold on the brand. However, she has come close on occasion and lost to Shayna Baszler in the past.
The HBIC, however, is still looking to improve her game and recently confirmed that she is learning more submission moves from Baszler.
Baszler and Yim seem to be great pals outside of the WWE ring, and it is interesting to see The HBIC learn more submission moves.
Learning submissions from @QoSBaszler is my favorite.

Baszler is a former MMA star and also fought in the UFC, however, she didn’t win any titles in the UFC.
The Queen of Spades has an MMA career of 15 wins and 11 losses and last fought in the Octagon in 2017.
Baszler the moved to the WWE after spending some time in Japanese promotions. She is a former NXT Champion but there are bigger things in store for both.
Eyeing the gold
While Baszler has been involved in the Raw Women’s title scene, she hasn’t been able to win the gold.
However, she punched Sasha Banks out recently and seems keen on winning the title for the first time.
Yim, for her part, isn’t in the race for the NXT Women’s title these days. She last fought Candice LeRae in a brutal street fight but couldn’t get the win.
Nevertheless, the HBIC recently put her name in contention for the Triple Brand Battle Royal.
Stephanie McMahon confirmed that match would decide who Bayley’s next rival would be. Bayley is the SmackDown Women’s Champion and last beat Nikki Cross to keep hold of her crown.
The Role Model has now crossed 300 consecutive days as the SmackDown champion and would be keen on extending that record a lot more.
