“Mini Rousey” – Cris Cyborg takes shot at WWE Women’s star after loss at WrestleMania 36

Cris Cyborg was responding to the WrestleMania 36 match between Becky Lynch and Shayna Baszler

Bellator MMA star and former UFC Featherweight Champion Cris Cyborg also took a shot at the match between Becky Lynch and Shayna Baszler at WrestleMania 36.

The first day of the grand event saw Lynch defend her Raw Women’s title against Baszler.

The Man came out on top in the clash and Baszler was upset at having lost, but the former MMA star did make a huge impact in her time in WWE.

Baszler is a former NXT champion and made a lot of noise before facing Lynch. She even attacked The Man a few weeks back and left her bleeding from the neck.

Baszler also spoke about her training techniques which resembled Ronda Rousey, another former MMA star.

Rousey became the champion during her time in WWE but it was Lynch that came out on top at WrestleMania 35.

Cyborg has a 22-2 record in her MMA career and beat Baszler at ExiteXC in 2008. She posted a witty tweet after the WrestleMania match and took a shot at the former MMA star:

Lynch vs Baszler was one of the most anticipated matches on the WrestleMania 36 card, and it delivered.

Baszler did a lot of great things before coming into the event, and she looked distraught after losing the clash.

Lynch picked up the Raw and SmackDown Women’s titles at WrestleMania 35 as she defeated Rousey and Charlotte Flair in a triple threat match.

The Irishwoman has been excellent since taking up The Man moniker, and she came into this WWE match in a truck.

Baszler should continue her rivalry with Lynch once Raw resumes while we are yet to see any more of Rousey since WM 35.

She has been away for a while and hasn’t hinted at returning to WWE anytime soon.
