MVP got a broken rib because of Randy Orton
WWE have just announced that MVP has suffered a broken rib because of Randy Orton’s RKO this past week’s Monday night Raw. WWE announced this on their Twitter page stating:
MVP replied to this tweet and said:
“While I’m out suffering from this broken rib, I may as well get my knee fixed.”
MVP has mentioned about getting his knee fixed in the tweet. This can be the reason as to why he is being sent out. MVP had been suffering from a knee problem for a while now but he neglected it. Seems like now he has to get it fixed also.
This also can be the reason why WWE mentioned that he will be out indefinitely. WWE broke out this news recently and there has been no confirmation on his treatment and recovery as of yet.
How was MVP injured?
During this past week’s Raw, Randy Orton faced Bobby Lashley for the WWE championship. MVP was ringside for the match and as Orton was about to pin Lashley MVP intervened and also dragged him out.
This caused an altercation between Riddle and MVP. Orton was also frustrated by all of this and decided to get out of the ring and gave MVP a devastating RKO on the mats. Lashley took advantage of the situation and hit Orton with a spear to retain his title before Big E cashed his Money in the bank on him.
The RKO from Orton did it’s fair share of damage. As mentioned earlier MVP has suffered a broken rib according to WWE and will be out until the foreseeable future.
