Ronda Rousey and Natalya will face each other at WWE’s upcoming pay-per-view, Money in the Bank, with the former’s SmackDown Women’s Champion on the line.
Natalya is a WWE legend while Rousey’s records in MMA are staggering. A couple of decades ago, wrestlers had only the shows to spice up their rivalries. However, nowadays, they don’t have to wait for the shows and can spice up their rivalries on social media. Rousey and Natalya took their rivalry to Twitter as The Baddest Woman on the Planet fired the first bullet.
Rousey lashed out at The Neidhart’s Youtube Channel and other online content provided by the legendary family. The BOAT’s sister Jenni has an exclusive OnlyFans account and Natalya promotes the webpage from time to time.
Natalya did not let the tweet go unnoticed as she hit back with the following tweet:
It’s always intriguing to watch WWE Superstars taking their feuds to Twitter. Fans do not have to wait once a week to watch the rivalry grow. WWE should look for more such instances where feuds are taken to social media.
How has Ronda Rousey fared since winning the SmackDown Women’s Championship?
Ronda Rousey won the SmackDown Women’s Championship at WrestleMania Backlash, after defeating Charlotte Flair in an “I Quit” match.
Since then, the former MMA star has been appearing almost regularly on SmackDown. She has defeated Raquel Rodriguez in a SmackDown Women’s Championship open challenge. Rousey has also defeated Shotzi a couple of weeks ago.
It was after her win against Shotzi when Natalya brutally assaulted her. The rivalry is heating up quite nicely and the match at Money in the Bank could be quite a battle.
