WWE NXT UK star Xia Brookside is keen to wrestle Natalya
WWE rising star Xia Brookside took part in a Q+A session and was asked who she saw as her dream opponent.
The 21-year-old is one of the youngest stars on WWE’s roster and has made an appearance on the Mae Young Classic before she was eliminated by Io Shirai.
Nevertheless, Brookside ended up joining the NXT UK roster and has been involved in a few battles.
The rising star was asked who her dream opponent was and she named Natalya as the dream opponent for her.
Natalya is one of the most experienced WWE female stars on the roster, and she was more than glad to accept the challenge:

Brookside still has a long way to go before getting her chance to battle Natalya. The English star is the daughter of former wrestler Robbie Brookside and made her name on World Wonder Ring Stardom and All Star Wrestling before getting her chance in WWE.
Robbie, her father, is also signed with WWE and works on NXT as a trainer, and has seen a lot of talent from around the world.
Time for Natalya to get a push?
While WWE has seen a massive change in the women’s division thanks to the likes of Charlotte Flair, Bayley, Sasha Banks, Alexa Bliss and Becky Lynch, they seem to have pushed Natalya to one side.
The 38-year-old has come through the Hart Dynasty and is one of the most talented wrestlers on the WWE roster.
Natalya is also a former Divas and SmackDown Women’s Champion. However, she hasn’t been in the championship scene for a long time.
Currently, Natalya and Lana are being paired together on Raw and while that is a fun team, it is unlikely they will challenge for gold.
The Canadian deserves some better storylines and hopefully, she gets a crack at the Raw Women’s title soon.
