Nikki Cross got a little too excited as her husband, Killian Dain, performed on NXT

WWE star Nikki Cross got a little too excited on Twitter as she supported her husband, Killian Dain.

Nikki Cross got the better of Alexa Bliss on SmackDown (WWE)

Dain was in action against Roderick Strong of the Undisputed Era and was on the end of a beating by Strong and Bobby Fish.

However, Cross was ecstatic as soon as Dain made his entrance before the match.

Cross loved every moment of the action as Dain dominated Strong, but things didn’t go all his way in the end.

As he was attacked by the Undisputed Era pair, Dain was saved by Drake Maverick. The former 205 Live GM even used some pipes to get rid of the UE and extended his hand to Dain.

Cross enjoyed Drake saving her husband but it didn’t end too well for the former GM.

Maverick had been in the wars with Dain previously, and when he extended his hand, there was a fear something similar would happen.

Dain still knocked out Maverick, and Cross had an explanation for all this.

Cross knows how things often fall apart on WWE and she has had her problems with Alexa Bliss too. While Bliss has tried to mend the bridges, Cross doesn’t believe everything is fine with her former best friend.

Bliss has been attacked by The Fiend in the past and that seems to have changed her. It will be interesting to see what happens with them on SmackDown.

As for Dain and Maverick, the former GM tried to smooth things over after the attack, and there could be a future where they team up.

Maverick is one of the most interesting characters on NXT and teaming him up with a beast like Dain could be a smart move.
